Daniella
Foletto
Daniella Foletto was born and trained in Paris, France. Her
work embodies the artistic heritage and creative energy of
her Italian father, and Swedish mother. She began to draw
at two and this proved early evidence of a unique talent
that would exhibit itself in many creative ways in Daniella's
career as an artist.
Her
most recognizable trademark as an artist started with her "Prehistoric Collection".
As a young girl, Foletto visited the Lascaux Caves in Southern
France. There
she witnessed the 15,000-22,000 year old art on the cave walls.
So deep was her visual impact, she vowed one day to paint her
own interpretation.
Daniella's latest collection is the perfect
tableau of endless fields of flowers, inspired by the gardens
of Giverny, France, and the iris garden of her sister's French
cottage and is entitled "Floral Fields".
